If you’d told us 12 months ago that Garage Conversion Gurus would be named Garage Conversion Company of the Year 2025/26, we probably would’ve laughed, looked at each other, and said, “We’re just two lads trying to build a better way of doing things.”

But here we are... Officially recognised by Prestige Awards for our dedication, craftsmanship, and customer-first approach. And honestly? We couldn’t be prouder.

This award means more than a trophy. It marks a moment, a turning point, in what has been one of our most transformative years yet.

Jordan has spent over 10 years in the garage conversion and construction industry, working hands-on, learning the craft, and understanding the frustrations homeowners faced with traditional building companies.

Arran brought structure, strategy, and a vision for how a modern conversion company should run. Clear communication, streamlined systems, and a genuinely enjoyable customer experience.
